Dec.11th, the president of CEIEC Dr. Huang Gang signed the MOU with Shandong Provincial Education Department and Shandong Branch of China Development Bank.It was agreed by the three parties that the cooperation would adhere to the basic strategy of precise poverty alleviation. The three parties will work together to promote the poverty alleviation of Education in Shandong.
